Fun Gundog Skills Workshop - Hunting Together For Pet Gundogs & Aspiring Working Dogs ⏱ 1 Hour Session | 🐶 4 Months+ 👥 Maximum 4 Dogs - small groups for maximum learning experience 💷 £25 per dog This workshop focuses on developing true partnership between dog and handler — learning how to move, communicate, and work effectively together as a team. We’ll be working on: 🌿 Covering Ground Together – Encouraging natural hunting patterns while maintaining connection and control. 🗣 Clear Communication – Improving handling skills, body language, and timing to guide your dog effectively. 🤝 Team Confidence – Building trust so your dog hunts with independence while staying responsive to you. 🛠 Troubleshooting – Practical support for common challenges such as range issues, distraction, over-excitement, or lack of engagement. All exercises are tailored to each dog’s individual skill level, experience, and strengths. Whether you’re building early foundations or developing a more polished hunting partnership, guidance will be adapted to suit you and your goals. A supportive, encouraging session designed to strengthen teamwork and develop confident, responsive gundog partnerships — both for everyday walks and future fieldwork. Is this workshop for me? - This 1hour workshop is suitable for beginners - No previous gundog training knowledge is required, however, it is beneficial if your dog has an understanding of basic obedience. - This workshop will be held outdoors. Hopefully the weather will be kind, but please dress appropriately. - This workshop is suitable for dogs from 4 months of age. - As we will be working in a group , all dogs attending must be happy to be around other dogs & people. PLEASE NOTE BITCHES IN SEASON AND ANY DOGS THAT ARE UNWELL ARE NOT ABLE TO ATTEND THE WORKSHOP. Please bring: Your dog (that always helps)! Flat collar/harness & lead. No flexi leads please!
